How does a driver's license assessment work?
Step 1
You complete your health declaration online at my CBR, by collecting a declaration from your municipality or by requesting a declaration from us.
Step 2
You can make an appointment for the driving license inspection on our website or by calling us.
Step 3
At your appointment, you and our team will perform the necessary tests to complete the inspection report. After completion, it will be sent directly to the CBR (Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing).
Step 4
The CBR (Central Office for Motor Vehicle Driver Testing) will assess your application. You can apply for your driver's license at the municipality if you have been found fit to drive.

A: If you turn 75 or if you have certain medical conditions, you must undergo a medical examination.
Q: Can my driver's license examination be done by my own doctor?
A: No, due to the possibility that the relationship of trust between doctor and patient could be damaged, doctors are prohibited by the KNMG from seeing their own patients for driver's license examinations.
